There are many ways we can accommodate your wedding set up. The schoolhouse offers 2 levels of space options along with outdoor space as well. There are mulitple ways to set up the ceremony and reception. This will be discussed in detail based on the clients needs.
The set up of chairs, tables and linens are included in the rental price. We offer 60’ rounds, 6’ rectangular tables and square tables. We offer white plastic folding chairs and deluxe wood folding chairs. We offer a variety of table linen colors along with the basic option of black or white. Outside vendors are always welcome. We also have a large variety of décor items such as vases, glassware, chandeliers and more!!

+ Do you offer catering?
We do not provide catering but we have established a preferred list of vendors that you can work with to cater your event needs. Bar services are also offered on our vendor list – most catering companies offer this service as well. There are no restrictions on which catering company you choose to go with, the choice is yours.
+ What is the capacity of the School House?
There are a variety of ways we can set up your special event. Indoor and outdoor space is available (seasonally). We like to work with each event on their specific needs to design the best event flow
+ Do you provide Tables and Chairs?
Yes, we provide tables and chairs for all events. If you have specific needs – you can also bring in your own rentals. Table Linen and Linen napkins are also included in rental price!
+ Is there a time frame for events?
Weddings - booking a wedding – you are reserving the venue for 2 days – Friday starting at 10:00am and Saturday all day – we offer this amount of time to ensure the wedding party has adequate time to set up, tear down and ENJOY!
Special Events – time frame vary on event needs. Time will be discussed and contracted.

We are happy to allow photo shoots based on availability – please contact us to schedule.
+ Do you host events year-round?
Yes, we are open year round. Outdoor space is based on time of year – Indoor space is available year-round.
+ How do I book a tour or request information?

+ Do you offer parking?
Yes, depending on event demands we have different options for parking needs. We also have a 22 passenger shuttle to help with transportation needs. If vehicles need to be left overnight they must be picked up by 9a.m. the next morning or they will be towed at the owners expense.
